Based in Cheltenham, South Eastern suburb of Melbourne, Virago Logistics was built with a clear purpose: to give e-commerce brands a fulfilment partner who genuinely understands what it takes to grow.
For founder Em Frost, the frustration was personal. After scaling her own e-commerce brands, she realised that fulfilment wasn’t just a back-end function — it was one of the biggest pain points for fast-growth businesses. Orders were increasing, expectations were rising, and traditional 3PLs simply weren’t set up to offer the level of care, accuracy and communication that modern e-commerce demanded.
So she built the 3PL she wished existed.
Where experience meets execution
Before launching Virago Logistics, Em spent years in the worlds of e-commerce, digital strategy, social media, marketing, branding and community building. She understood the full picture of online retail — not just what happens in the warehouse, but what happens long before a customer ever places an order.
From brand identity to product development, advertising spend to customer lifecycle, Em experienced the pressure points that small businesses face daily. And she knew that fulfilment needed to evolve — to be more personalised, more supportive, and more aligned with the needs of modern founders.
What began as a boutique operation quickly grew into a premium, Melbourne-based fulfilment partner trusted by beauty, skincare, wellness, lifestyle and apparel brands across Australia & New Zealand.
Today, Virago Logistics is a fast-growing, female-led 3PL with 20+ team members, three warehouses, two dogs, multiple kids running around after hours — and a whole lot of ambition.
