Our warehouse management system: CartonCloud
Virago Logistics runs on CartonCloud, a cloud-based warehouse management system (WMS) used by 3PLs across Australia and New Zealand. Every client gets a portal login to:
- See real-time stock on hand, by SKU
- Track order status from received to dispatched
- Book and monitor inbound stock deliveries
- Access reports on orders, stock movements and returns
Shopify integration
Shopify is our most common integration. Once connected:
- New Shopify orders sync to our warehouse automatically, with no manual exports
- Our team picks and packs using barcode verification
- Orders are dispatched, and tracking details are sent back to Shopify and your customer

How long does it take to connect my Shopify store?
Connecting Shopify is one of the first steps in onboarding. We set up your store connection, SKUs and packing rules before your stock arrives so you can go live quickly.
Can I see my stock levels?
Yes. Your CartonCloud portal shows live stock on hand and order status at any time.
Do I need barcodes on my products?
Yes, every SKU should be barcoded. If you need help, we can advise on barcoding before your stock comes in.
