About Virago Logistics

Virago Logistics is a founder-led, award-winning 3PL and ecommerce fulfilment provider in Melbourne. We store, pick, pack and ship for fast-growth brands across Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on accuracy, brand presentation and clear communication.

Our story

Virago Logistics was founded in Melbourne in 2021 by a duo of mums and ecommerce operators who had lived the pain of fulfilment from the brand side. They went looking for a 3PL that truly understood brands: one that cared about the unboxing, answered the phone and treated a founder’s stock like its own. They didn’t find one, so they built it.

The name says it all. A virago is a strong, bold woman, and Virago Logistics is proudly female-founded in an industry that rarely is. Since 2021 we have grown from a single warehouse into a nationally recognised, large-scale 3PL trusted by beauty, wellness, lifestyle and apparel brands, packing and shipping more than 500,000 orders along the way.

Backed by Pacificomm

In 2025 Virago Logistics joined Pacificomm, one of the Asia-Pacific’s most progressive logistics groups. We still operate as Virago, with the same team and the same attention to detail, but our clients now benefit from extra warehouse capacity in Melbourne, Auckland and Christchurch, smarter systems and a network spanning 18+ Pacific Rim countries.
